Description: | Under the supervision and direction of a licensed nurse, prepares, administers and records select oral, nasal, transdermal, rectal, inhalant and ophthalmic scheduled medications to residents of LindenGrove. Trained to measure and record blood pressure and radial pulse.

| Qualifications: | Requirements include having successfully completed the state of Wisconsin Approved Medication Assistant Training Program, and has worked a minimum of 1500 hours in the past 2 years as a nursing assistant. Is on the nursing assistant registry in the state of Wisconsin, in good standing.
