Marinator

Duties:

We currently have an opening for a full-time, Marinator on our day shift. The primary duties of this position will be responsible for the mixing, monitoring and follow up to ensure proper percentages of pickup.  The duties also include documentation to USDA specification. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, attention to details, and ability to work independently.
