The ideal candidates will possess a BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in international sourcing/purchasing. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills a must, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English highly desired.

Duties: |
Sourcing
•Conduct spend analysis, identify and develop new sourcing opportunities
•Identify new sources of international supply
•Conduct contract negotiation and monitor contract execution
•Research and analyze supply market
•Manage sourcing projects
Vendor Management
•Oversee supplier performance in lead time, quality and pricing
•Manage relationship and performance of international suppliers
•Develop supplier performance metrics. coordinate and conduct supplier performance reviews

Qualifications: |
•BS/BA emphasis in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field required
•Minimum of five years purchasing/sourcing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of international sourcing for multi-level distribution networks preferred. Must have strong negotiation skills.
•Experience working with both US and foreign suppliers preferred (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
•Mandarin Chinese and English language proficiency desired
•Excellent communication skills; ability to be effective at all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills required
•Excellent project management skills. Ability to take ownership of a project and effectively prioritize work to meet business requirements.
•Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and as a member of cross-functional business team.
•Demonstrated problem solving skills; strongly motivated with sense of urgency
•Highly analytical; ability to assess situations using statistical and qualitative analysis and make recommendations and/or decisions to meet business needs
•Flexible and well organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or other similar software
•May need to travel up to 20% of time (overnight/international)
