We’re seeking a business professional to join our West Allis, WI location as a Placement Coordinator to recruit, interview, screen, select and place associate employees according to specifications of our client companies.

• “Best Places to Work" (MRA and Milwaukee Magazine) | Duties: | • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals by using skill marketing
• Follow up with clients and associate employees to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build relationships with client companies to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
• Maintain communication with clients as well as candidates to keep them up to date on order status
• Document all applicant and client information correctly
• Perform in-depth behavioral interviews with potential candidates, write resumes and conduct all necessary background checks
| Qualifications: | • 2 years related experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to deal with a fast pace environment and multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and organized
• High level of integrity and commitment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional and effective telephone and written communication skills |
